I guess you must have been looking at the old Game Discussion forum. We have a new one with new threads. Try posting here from now on: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-gc-the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-master-quest

At any rate those textures are for the N64 OoT; they're most likely incompatible with the GC Master Quest. The chief issue is probably how the textures are named, not the images themselves. Someone would have to dump all of the textures via Dolphin for Master Quest then replace them with hi-res textures.

Fwiw, why not just play OoT/MQ in an N64 emulator? I vaguely recall people saying that the MQ and OoT ROMs were actually on the GC disk. If this is true, there should be a way to extract them and play them in something like Project64. Then your textures would work without issue.

Usually when people want to do something, but don't know how to do it, they find out how to do it :p

Google it; seems like people have done this before, and it's probably easier than you think.
