Sorry, but I can't upload it today. The good thing is that I'm polishing it before that (dust effects, explosions, character textures, etc). This evening I'll start a new game and quickly reach Castle Courtyard, mostly the only place I didn't retexture yet. And later, after the new pack, I need to see Sheik to dump her textures.

The pack is already prepared to upload. It weighs 593MB compressed and 676MB uncompressed. I had the time to reach the castle courtyard before going to sleep today. Before that, I decided to review my Deku Tree retexturing. Man, was it bad. I had to replace some textures to the correct ones, comparing with the N64 emulator side by side.

Overall the pack is now more complete. I'll call it v0.3 but it should be like v0.9 in terms of completeness. Still, I'm missing some quest items' icons and names that I'll get with this new save (and Sheik textures). I copied the texture pack to a pendrive and I'll upload it tomorrow (if everything goes alright).

Updated the first post with link to the new version!

I hope you enjoy it.

Special thanks: the virus that made my brother sick. Thanks to that, I could use all weekend for retexturing instead of watching anime against my will (even if I like it).

Well, good news because I've just uploaded a new patch!

Overwrite all folders and files it will ask. And follow some instructions in a txt file included.

I'm still working on the pack. New patch on the first post, by the way  Tongue . It's what I could do in two days. Maybe it's a bit soon, but I wanted to complete all the menu.

I have more or less two options in the short term:

1- Keep playing the game to dump and retexture all remaining boss names (and dungeon minimaps, because I'll pass through them anyway).
2- Try retexturing the sky. The hardest thing is knowing what the final image should be after joining all pieces that sky is made of.

This is a great texture pack keep up the good work! By the way I was wondering if you planing on retextureing the font and controller texture on the main menu when you select which zelda game you want to play.

Thank you!

I was thinking about doing those buttons a month ago. They don't use fonts. Every button/element/paragraph is a separate texture (including text), for each language.

It would have taken a lot of time, so I simply adapted them to 16:9 and went to retexturing OOT. Maybe... in the future  Tongue . Certainly their low resolution doesn't look good when compared to the HD artworks that are near them.
