I assume you are using the Collector's Edition then? You should also run a hashsum check through Dolphin and see if it's a proper dump. If not, you should redump the disc.

Since you were already using the latest development build, you were already good to go. Swapping back to the latest beta wouldn't have helped then.

I only have the .nkit file, can't seem to find any other version of the collector's edition. I'll look into running the hashsum check now.

Well, you should use the tool you used in the first place to convert from .gcm to .nkit. Just reverse the process. I assumed you converted your dumped ROM in the first place into .nkit for backup storages reasons? The .nkit format really shouldn't be used to run from. The new .rvz format by Dolphin offers both good backup compression and performance.

No offense to the author, but is there an easier way to explain this? I am just used to dragging a texture pack in and Shazam!
This is kind of confusing me. Has this processed changed? Because I am only comfortable using the official dolphin because I have nothing but issues using that branch-off. Wink

Huh? It still works the exact same way. Just drag and drop all texture pack folders you get with the download and Shazam! Just make sure Dolphin is updated to the latest beta or master. No special builds or anything.

Hey man, not sounding ungrateful to the great work, but there seems to be a detail about using a different build of dolphin, also a cheat code system to make them work.

The download comes in .7z, which can be extracted with 7-Zip. It's free.

Using the latest official Dolphin beta or dev build should do the trick. At long it's new enough to support certain features, such as like the Wildcard symbol or DDS BC7 support. That's all there is to it. If you are using a custom build then you are on your own I'm afraid. Just make sure that custom build is based on a new enough version of Dolphin.

Cheat code system?

So take the folder called Zelda 64 UHD - Main Pack and name it PZLE01 and do it as usual?
In your README at the main page it does seem say something about cheat codes to activate certain things.

"Instructions

- Enable the option: "Active Cheats" in the General Config menu."

Was that something important or just for people who wanted to use cheats.
