EDIT: Well, I feel silly. Just realised that a newer version of Dolphin makes these things work off the bat... I was using 6080 before. Never mind. This guy's driver still works fine.

It also came with a couple of their gamecube controller.
I plugged it in, and Windows 7 complained that it couldn't install properly. Tried loading up Dolphin, and it refused to start. Unplugged it and Dolphin started. Plugged it back in and saw that it was a WUP-028 and did a search for a driver. Came across:

Installed it. Ran it. Told it to replace the driver for WUP-028, and then did an updated.
Started the GCNUSBFeeder and pressed start. Waited for it to finish (took about 5 minutes).
Tried Dolphin again. Set up the controller, and it works fine. The controllers feel cheap, but work better than the retrolink USB gamecube controllers.
I apologise for my rushed post here. If anyone wants more detail, I would be happy to elaborate. All in all, this works on Windows 7, though I would prefer an easier process.
