Here's the thing. Most of us really don't care where you get your games. We don't. There are better things worth thinking about. What we do care about is correct hashes, which is a cause of a lot of problems. Most downloaded games have incorrect hashes, and therefore have people coming on the forums moaning about problems we cannot produce because their game rip is crap. Getting your games ripped properly eliminates this.

So it's easier to just ban the weirdos who talk about pirating games and help the people who have correct hashes and keep their mouths shut.
