Hells yes they are! Just tried Fire Emblem Path of Radiance on my Huawei Mate 8 and it runs near flawlessly (in game is perfect, overclock set to 0.2). Considering on an older build it was less than perfect on my Shield Android TV that's a real testimony to the work devs are doing here. Just awesome. Now, to dig up my old Raphnet adapter and play through it on my phone with a Gamecube controller, yes!
