Disable CPU EFB access and turn frame limit to off. Try one, or the other, or both of those options and see what happens.

Thanks, some ridiculous speed up on "safe screen" but the same fps average...

Problably i'll going to get a Geforce GTS 250 DDR3...
Should i change the cpu also to get proper fps in dolphin?
Or changing GPU is enough???

No,don't upgrade your GPU.9500Gt is good but i3 = core 2 duo
Disable HT(hyper threading) in your bios will boost speed
If you want fullspeed then get core i7 or use this build,probally your CPU can support SSE4.1,SSE4.2

1) Thanks! That build combined with HT disabled gave me +8/10 fps, better vps and smothen % speed! But, what about latest builds????
2) So, you think if i upgrade my GPU is useless compared with CPU upgrade? (i like my core i3) Big Grin

Lastest build for accuracy not for speed ,the speed will slower depend on hardware
