Hello to all,
I realize there are numerous topics concerning this. Having read them, I've come so far, but I'm thawed in my progress:
I'm using an original owned NAND (Europe), using emulated NAND does not make a difference.
So far, when I'm running the Wii-menu all the things work, even the "floating hand", if you will.
A regular game that uses the 3rd party controller sideways like Kirby or New SMB work fine and continuously.
However, using Super Mario Galaxy, the "floating hand" ceases to work. In so far, when I stop the emulation and run the Wii-menu, it stops working there too.
Even the game that worked before like Kirby, cease to work.
To fix this, I have to take out the batteries, resync, refresh in the settings of Dolphin to get it back into action.
The question is, does either Dolphin Bar not really support 3rd party controllers or am I missing something?
Update:
Galaxy 1 and 2 seem to work, as long as I keep the cursor on the confines of the screen. However, when I pull it out of the confines, where the games ask me to please point it to the screen again, it is lost.
With lost, I mean Dolphin emu has lost it as well, Wii-menu doesn't seem to find it either. The fix is yet again: pull out batteries, re-sync, refresh in controller-config of Dolphin and done.
The odd thing is, that the Wii-menu seems to be fine with it, if I go out of the confines of the screen.

- Using Windows 10 Pro x64 (Build 17134)
- Dolphin 5.0-8757
- BootMii NAND 4.3E, latest updates for 4.3E
- Dolphin Bar (latest FW), Mode 4
- NTSC Games on PAL NAND or EMU NAND
- 3rd party controller with built-in M+ and Nunchuck. "New2in1"-brand?
