Xinput controllers d pad not working right

So I play on pc with an xbox controller and a mayflash f500 fightstick that uses xinput also, for reference d/f is down forward on the dpad and u/.f is up forward. I'm not sure how this happened but my d/f and u/.f have switched and when I press d/f in my fighting games it causes my player to jump. I though this was just a hardware issue with my fightstick so I plugged in my xbox controller to use that instead and had the same issue, I don't use to steam to run my controllers and I use a shadow online gaming pc, though I'm not sure if this affects it much. I've scoured the internet for answers but couldn't find much. Any help would be appreciated and thank you.

Sounds like you have "Sideways Wii Remote" set incorrectly.
