You are a little confused on what Tcase is. It is the temp that can be measured by a thermocouple embedded in the heat spreader. So for the 72 degrees or whatever it is Tcase that means if you using that method of temp measurement the cpu should not go higher than that. It is only used in the factory. Your board can not give you the Tcase reading. I have seen some review sites modify their IHS to get these readings but for most consumers Tcase should just be ignored. Go with TJmax and the generally approved temps of the overclocking communities.
