xenoblade keeps freezing 3.5 145 x64

Kindly help me with this one, why is that xenoblade keeps freezing after colony 9 intro? i always get this random freeze please help me!

Cpu : 3.8ghz dual core e5700!

Vc : GT440

Ram : 4gb

Dumped iso from dvd9

I am using dolphin 3.5 145 64 bit on windows 7 64bit.
