Is there any way to get SLI working in Dolphin? I'd love to get away with 9x SSAA...the grass looks much nicer with it.

No there isn't. You can use FXAA injection files in a 32bit revision with d9, or you can use high AA with dx11 which is less intensive but causes weird lighting glitching sometimes.

You're not supposed to go on the lift. They said what you're supposed to do in the cutscene (walk to the side of the lift and you'll find vines that you can climb up on).
