Cant wait to give this a go later with all the settings etc The Wii's visuals just don't do this game justice!

I'm starting to believe the HLE audio problems during cutscenes happen because of framerate dropping, at least with the patched old revision. My brother is playing with the same version and a much better PC and he doesn't have any problems.
I have been playing with Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2,83Ghz but I'll try to overclock it to 3,4Ghz or 3,6Ghz and see if it improves my performance.

I wonder if it might just be your computer that doesn't really produce it at all, if it's fast/stable enough. No, i've only tried these two revisions. Running on 30fps wonderful here. Yeah sorry, doing the framelimit thing does speed up the game beyond normal speed but at least it isn't as choppy as before anymore. Can't guarantee that it won't cause problems later, haven't played too much to check yet.
25fps is alright but despite only being 5fps short of 30, ntsc versions are still way more smooth than their pal counterparts. Supposedly, I think enabling progressive scan and/or using the pal60 option should make this run at 30fps but I don't know why it doesn't work. Maybe a bug in the emulator? 08-19-2011, 09:39 PM

Yeah i hope someone find a way to get it work at 30fps Meanwhile i play it on Wii with 60hz mode. 08-19-2011, 10:11 PM
I still have the same problem, i need Dual Core to make the CS work, however it makes my game crash every 20-30 minutes.

I can get it to run at 30 but it's too fast. 25 FPS isn't the end of the world but. I rather just get my 30 it looks smoother. i'll play on the wii for now. Hope someone finds a away to get this to run at 30 properly.
I use the latest build which I downloaded from this site yesterday and the game runs on 25 FPS. If I do uncheck FPS limit it runs 30 on 120% speed.
But what bothers me are constant crushes... If it runs on 30 fps there are more crushes.... What do? My hardware: E8500 4 gig ram Radeon HD 4870 PLS help T-T |
