Xenoblade Chronicles need help please!

Hi can someone help me?
I got xenoblade (PAL) from a buddy at ***paradise.
I installed the 30 fps patch and configured the settings on dolphin.
Now I re installed dolphin today and reconfigured the settings and I noticed that the texture folder is gone and when I had the folder in the first place I never had any folder inside it named SX4J01..
can someone help?
the game is working fine but i just need to install the xbox controller textures..
my version of dolphin emulator is 4.0-5886
also i dont have the xenoblade iso inside dolphin. I have it in another folder that came with all the rar files and things like that.
