Hi guys! I've been trying to run Xenoblade Chronicles and I'm just not having much luck, so I thought I'd see if I could find some help. On cutscenes especially but mostly just anywhere, I'm getting low and annoying FPS drops, ~25-27. I've been able to play any game I've wanted to on my system at the highest settings without any trouble, so this has been really frustrating.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850 - 1gb
RAM: 12gb
Are all my problems due to my CPU?
