For some reason, whenever I attempt to install a new monado texture, it always shows up as the Tourmaline one, despite me never having put it in the folder. I've tried the Neptunia monados, the Charcoal pink, and the Metal one. Never the Tourmaline.
Additionally it seems I can't change the FX colors. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong :p Edit: I'm using a pretty recent dolphin version and I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly Edit 2: Never mind, I fixed it. Somehow I accidentally copied the Tourmaline into a different folder, along with the blue fx (which I thought was the default since they're similar). I don't know why it still loaded despite not being in the weapons folder, but I deleted them and now it's fixed.
Hey !
I'm new to the forums, thanks for this amazing hd textures pack. I play on android and have a problem though. The texture pack seems to be correctly installed, as it it located in my "load/textures/" file, besides I have the message "Custom textures loaded, 896 MB in 5.3"s. It seems that anything works BESIDE the environment textures. Indeed so far the menus and everything textures are ok, but no change on the environment (I compared). Any idea what could have gone wrong? This is my GFX.ini [Settings] CacheHiresTextures = False HiresTextures = True PreloadTextures = True Asides from modyfing this ini (and the config game to add [Video_Settings] CacheHiresTextures = True) , i didnt do anything else. ALSO i tried optional pack texture, the bionis leg pink bushes, works perfectly. But the grass, mountains, tree and stuff looks the same as without pack.
Your device presumably doesn't support the DDS format used for the environment textures (which is usually the case on mobile devices and rarely the case on PCs). I would assume that the textures that do work for you are stored as PNG. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do about this, unless you want to convert the whole texture pack to PNG (which would make it very large).

I see...Then i'm gonna try using some of them only. Because if u use all the textures in pnj it says that i doesnt have enough ram. EDIT : it seems that my device runs some DDS? I'm checking all of the PNG files of my textures and there is definetely some of the textures working missing in there. 12-21-2019, 11:55 PM
DDS is not a single format, it's a container that can contain one of multiple different formats. I'm not sure exactly which formats this pack uses (other than that a lot of textures use BC7), but maybe your phone supports some of them but not all of them.

Well,i tried with all the environment textures in .png, now some of them work, and some simply...don't. I don't understand, in png isnt my phone suppose to runs all of them...? 01-07-2020, 11:38 AM

I've been using the texture pack for awhile, but I just updated Dolphin after not using it for a few months and suddenly the monado's texture isn't loading; it's just black. I know the texture pack allows for custom monado designs but I haven't done that at all. Does anybody know what happened?

This Texture Pack is just simplying amazing. the amount of work you put into this shows and i just wanna say thank you for putting so much time and effort into making this pack look as amazing as it does. this game is getting a switch port soon so itll be nice to see how yours stacks up but giving how barebones and lazy remaster ports are i doubt theyll match up to your quality.
