When I use it the water bugs the hell out with coordinate triplets of vertecies stretching the water surface to be almost as giantic as the mechonis and bionis (read: waves starts clipping through everything).
Also, if you set shaders to trigger on "EFB copy" they will ignore the UI elements. The draw back is that EFB effects will ignored and placed on top of shaders. This isn't a problem, since it's jsut stuff like smoke and the games own post processing effects like light blooms. I mean, I don't see a reason to let shaders consider stuff like that when it makes calculations for post-processing stuff like ambient occlusion, global illumination or depth of field effects (to me it's just as bad as HBAO+ being applied to some games' UI elements).
That said, if you do use EFB Copy trigger then you need to adjust shader settings again, as they're effect is stronger with EFB Copy vs Swap.

Well, I've been model replacing for quite a while on my own project (not talking about tessilation but actual increasement of the amount of vertecies in the game itself even though tessilation works too).I've taken a look at the water now and wow they really messed that one up. It's just a 2d plane with bad geomitry applied. thanks for the heads up. I'm probably able to fix that one. Even tho I personally think that tessilation isn't that great because of triangulate faces. It gives wiered effects to the geomitry.That's why I don't think it's worth the performance drop. Making them square makes the game supper laggy or crashes all together.
About that UI thing... The UI is complety based of textures and a script when and where to place the textures so I can't change that many things because I have no idea how their script work but I can have an other look on it. If you can give me a screenshot of the exact problem your describing that would be helpfull.
