Basically only the larger textures should have to be DDS since dolphin loads them much more quickly and smoother. I don't believe converting the controller buttons to DDS would speed anything up at all since they are smaller and not being loaded repeatedly like the environments and some other textures. At some point we may convert them, but right now we don't think it's necessary.
Thanks! little by little I understand more
I noticed that you have your Anisotropic filtering at 1x. I have mine at max capacity, so that could maybe be the cause of the lag inside the Bionis (?). Will try it when I get home.

Or does it work fine without you needing to change any settings (I don't understand anything that they're talking about on their main page, async shader/predictive FIFO/time stretching etc., don't understand any of that).
Yes I had to change some of the settings. You may want to try different internal resolution values to see how the emulation behaves... and maybe leave the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering to the lowest possible value in the Enhancements tab (Those were the things that affected gameplay the most for me... I'm also kind of new to this things).
Check frozenwing's last post to see what the config should look like; but if you like I can PM you my settings configuration (when I get home).
