I have another question, I know this isnt the right game, but its more active here, so wanted a quicker response lol Its in regards to skies of arcadia HDtextures. When I went into sailors isle, the cool character icons from the hd pack went away and it went back to the default, but after i left and went back out, it reverted back to the hd texture icon. so does that mean everytime I enter a town or dungeon the icons no longer work? 06-28-2018, 02:04 PM

It's not possible through textures alone. The HUD is made up of several textures that are in fixed positions, so if they were made smaller it would throw off their alignment. Some trickery may be possible, but it would be far too much trial and error to get it looking even remotely correct and the result would never be perfect.
