Xenoblade Chronicles FPS dip at Hazzi Cape

Hello all,

Xenoblade had been running properly up until I get to Hazzi Lake. The fps dips to 22 FPS and I even disabled Scaled EFB copy but it got worse. I even disabled the HD texture pack and the FPS dips even more. I even lowered the AA and AF but that did not fix it. I'm using the version 4.0.2 from the official site. Any ideas?

Open AL? Switch it to D3D or OpenGL and try putting DSP LLE on a separate thread.
