Xbox one pad not detected in new 5.0

As you'll see from my screenshot in the attachments. I'm trying to use the new 5.0 version of Dolphin but it's not detecting my control pad. Despite the fact, Windows shows this and the even the older 4.0 version is still showing the pad.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem? If so, how do I sort it?
