The Xbox One controller as Impulse triggers, but Dolphin only sees Motor L / Motor R , It would be nice to
use them in Dolphin .
XInput was designed for Xbox 360 Controller , where as Xbox One Controller have their own API.
Dolphin would need to be a UWP App to support this API.
