XBox One controller works in Dolphin not in game

I had this working last night for Wii but all of a sudden the controller won't work in game for GameCube. Dolphin recognizes the controller and I can use it in other emulators.

My controller is official.

I just figured out why it wasn't working and I'm stupid. I disconnected the XBox controller from my computer's Bluetooth and Dolphin deleted all of my controller settings so the buttons weren't registered. I didn't know that would happen or notice it.
