Xbox One controller - Rumble Support?

Question
My Xbox One controller is working well, however there isn't any rumble to work with it, I was wondering if it was non-existent or if someone could point me in a direction on how to get it working. It works with my busted up 360 controller (but the Dpad and stick is ruined on that controller) however it doesn't work with the Xbox One controller, and there are no possible "Motors" to select in the controller setup.

Thanks in advance to any help at all!

Cheers!

My rumble functionality seems to work for gamecube but wii I have been getting problems with my xbox one controller. The rumble is off queue during gameplay (doesn't seem to sync up with what is going on on screen)- then after I exit the program my controller will rumble sporadically... Anyone run into this?

I've got the same issue here myself with all 4 of us hooking up our Xbox One controllers and playing Smash Bros.

Did you ever find a solution?

I mean more specifically, how did you enable rumble?

The settings for mine show as completely empty when trying to select an event.

...why are you using 4.0? It has serious crash bugs, at least use 4.0.2! And dev versions are much much better than 4.0.x anyway, so use them. And remember to get your builds from our site - https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Also, your problem is SDL. Which was removed from Windows versions of Dolphin for this very reason!

I was using the latest version showing on the Downloads page, but I just tried the latest version. Same issue, just looks different sort of

Edit:

I believe I found the issue.

I have been using the sdc/.../(XBOX ONE for Windows) default setting as I thought that was the most optimized. This new version doesn't have that option, only has the Xinput option, and that has the Motor L and Motor R options.

Just so you guys know, if you customized your settings more for the Xbox One controller, it'd be nice to be able to add the other 2 motors into it (there are 4 motors on the Xbox One controllers, two in each trigger, two towards the bottoms on either side) too! Tongue

It's just some leftovers from the global user directory. Select the dropdown box, select Xinput/0/ and then reassign. Then select Rumble and assign Motor L and Motor R.

Was there ever any solution to this as I'm encountering the same issue.

I have an Xbox One Controller and have set the rumble to Motor L, Motor R, but it doesn't work.

Edit:Ignore me, it's working fine now.
