Xbox one controller L/R trigger mapping

Hey just wondering if anyone knows about this issue i have, I have a mac, and and xbox one controller connected by bluetooth, i can map everything on controller except, L/R trigger on the gamecube wont match up with the trigger on the xbone. So when i go to press L trigger on the xbox to map for L trigger on the gamecube controller set up it doesnt work, when i try and swtich to the LB or RB it works fine, but then i dont know what to do with the Z button, any ideas?
