Hi,

I am using a Microsoft branded offical Xbox One controller (the model with the 3.5mm headphone jack) and I have it wired to my PC. Dolphin is not detecting the controller at all and I can't seem to find a way to fix it. I am able to use keyboard and mouse but it is too hard to play with.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Updated to 5.0, ready to be assisted lol.

Yeah just had a similar issue related to having another controller installed, when you are in the standard controller configuration make sure to just select XInput/0/Gamepad from the drop down box and then go through and map the buttons. Sadly there's no indication of whether the controller is detected until you select a button to be mapped which is quite deceiving, rest assured there's no actual issues otherwise.
If the buttons are not being mapped or nothing happens when you try and map the button it's likely an issue with the actual controllers connection to the PC.

See this video if you want a visual guide on how to do the above: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46KTFsTBYg8

Try the latest development build if it still doesn't work and you're sure you've configured things correctly. There is a bug with input device numbering that was fixed post-5.0, and which may affect some Windows users.

I'll ask my roommate in the morning if I can borrow his Xbox One controller to test with on my computer (he has both models of controllers)
