Xbox one controller doesn't work

Hello
I'm using Dolphin's lastest version, game is Mario Kart WII, The Xbox one controller works on any another game except Dolphin.
I did tried to config the controller :

But it simply doesn't react when i lunch the game, Its like saying "click a buttom to start" and i try every button on the controller and it simply doesn't work.
Anyone knows why?

You didn't assign anything! You left all of the original assignments from the keyboard and mouse in place, and just selected the device. You need to assign buttons from the controller to those functions for it to work.

Well, is there any photo that will help me to assign the buttons ?

If you're trying to play MK Wii, why not use the GC Controller instead of the Emulated Wiimote? For this game, just make sure Port 1 of the Gamecube Controllers is set to Standard Controller. The XBone controller maps pretty well to the GC controller (almost 1:1 in terms of buttons), so you shouldn't have an issue assigning things (A to A, B to B, you'll have to find something you like for the GC's Z button, however).

RB maps perfectly to the Z button. Thanks to the two analog sets, you can perfectly play any Gamecube controller supported game with an Xbox One Controller.
