I saw the Microsoft press conference stating Xbox One is backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games, this can't be emulated , i am sure it's technically impossible for the Xbox One to emulate the 360.
Xbox one backwards compatible.

Remember that Microsoft have the source code to every Xbox game, so even if total emulation isn't possible, it's reasonable for a hybrid approach like was used to run original Xbox games on the 360, i.e. a gazillion game-specific hacks, but with an end result that works well for the games it's supposed to. After all, they don't need to emulate things - the aim of emulators is to preserve knowledge of how the consoles work as much as it is to allow old games to be played, but that motivation isn't there for Microsoft.

i wonder if they would let you use games downloaded on the 360 on the one...i.e i downloaded Skyrim and all of its DLC, as well as Dark Souls I and II, would i be able to download them on the one without buying them again? and would i be playing on Xbox One servers or 360?

Yes, but only if they're on the list of supported games. Skyrim and Dark Souls aren't on it (at least not yet): http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backw...able-games 06-16-2015, 11:37 PM
The PC ports of those will run on a machine much, much less powerful than an XBone, so it's reasonably likely to assume something can be done, even if it involves completely recompiling the game beforehand.
