Xbox controller help

:hi guys i need help i have been pulling my hair out with the controller settings i have had a xbox official pad working perfectly infact i had two connected with no trouble all the mappings worked perfectly untill i deleted dolphin as i couldent get a game to run i reinstalled it but i cant get the left analogue stick to move mario in mario galaxy e en though it shows that it works in the configuration the right analogue Works fine as well as well as buttons i have reinstalled several times i am completely dumbfounded about how to resolve this i really dont want to reistall windows, does anyone mnow what could be tbe problem your help would be much appreciated

What version of dolphin did you use before? What version are you using now? What are your settings?

Oh, and it might help the readability of your text if you'd use some punctuation marks. It's really a pain like this.

Sorry my grammar is crap, i am using the latest version i have only began using it today. My settings are all default which worked before i deleted dolphin i use wiimote which you have to use for that game to assign my pad, it was all working fine the left and right analogue was working correcty left for movement and right to collect stars. now no matter how i assign controlls left analoge does not do anything even tho in the settings it shows movement..

just found what i had been doing wrong .Its a noob mistake i was'nt configuring the nunchuck lol the ir was configured but not the nunchuck so there u go
