hello, since dolphin version 3.5-1516 my xbox controler for the gamecube and wii games no longer works properly. so what I've tested and only the start button stops responding. the previous dolphin builds for 3.5-1516 there does my xbox controller still perfect. so my question is. there is a possibility of that something has changed in the system config of dolphin or is it simple path to the latest version and it's a bug. Sincerely ricyosma (sorry for bad english)

Post screenshots of your controller configuration and tell us which specific games you're trying to play. Although I haven't used the latest build (3.5-1494), I have a wired 360 controller, and it's been working just fine. For you, it's probably something to do with your configuration, so once we get those screenshots we'll be able to help you.

Try a newer build, there have been some fixes. Also try re-setting the start button to what it was set to.

I'm having the same problem as the original poster, even with the latest build (1531). my xbox 360 controller worked fine in previous builds, but now it seems it isn't recognized. Controls can still be mapped but the indicators do not light up (e.g. pressing A lights up A to indicate it's working). I've read somewhere else that making a fresh install of dolphin fixes this (deleting old revision and setting up dolphin again with previous saves) but this doesn't seem to fix it... sorry for the lengthy post but I'm just trying to detail the problem. Hopefully there's a fix for this soon, I like being on the "bleeding edge" of dolphin development

I'm having this problem too, it borked ever since the ExpressionParser builds (3.5-1512)
Here's an image of me testing on said build In this picture, I'm pushing on the X button, as well as the Start and Back (Mic) button. Only the Start and Back button are recognized. However, it works in the builds before the EP changes, I'm using 1510, as 1511 just has Android changes. 06-29-2013, 11:55 AM
Have you tried re-setting all the buttons? The branch *was* a rewrite of the code that parses all the button names, y'know.

If things aren't working out for you with the latest builds, don't use them. Keep using a build that works until the recent issues get sorted out.
