This is the mapping I use for the gamecube pad, but I use a real wiimote, so don't have that for you too.

I've also included the setup to make a controller in position two (the top right ring lit up) work.

You'll need to change the extensions from .txt to .ini, as I'm not allowed to post them as .inis.
