Xbox 360 with Metroid other M?

Hey guys I was Wondering if anyone has played Metroid other M with an xbox360 controller and could you share your config with me? I bought this game at a garage sale for 5 bucks but I really cant afford a proper wii controller setup atm. I played with the config for about an hour today and it seems it is impossible due to the fact that you have to invert the wiimote to switch from 3rd person to first person in the game. but I know some crafty dude has bypassed the issue. I only have a few wii games most i can play with the classic controller but not this one. Thanks for any help.
