Xbox 360 USB Controller not found - Win7 64bit

Hello I downloaded Dolphin-x64-r5007 for my windows 7 64bit.
When i load the Roms my xbox 360 usb controller is not recognized.
I have all the directx installed.
Also the C+ Package.
I have tried to find solution in this board however unsucessful.
Some people say it auto maps in the newer version but it dont work for me.
Also i cant find working download link for njoy 0.3
Do i have to map the controller for each game each time?
Can someone please post his settings (button mappings) for both gamecube and wiimote
