Xbox 360 Left Analog stick not working

I setup Dolphin to play Project M and configured my xbox 360 controller and Dolphin config shows my 360 left analog stick to be working, however in game the left analog stick does nothing. I have it set to move in SSBBPM but nothing happens. I've attached my current setup. Any help on how to fix this would be awesome.
