Xbox 360 controls? (and Motion?)

I currently have Club Penguin Game Day and am wanting to play it again for nostalgic reasons, but I need help with something.

I want to use a Joy-Con for it, but IDK if disconnecting one Joy-Con from the dock is gonna turn on TV Mode for my Switch, so I have an Xbox 360 Wired controller instead... somewhere in my current room.


The thing I don't know about... I don't know the controls I would need to match an Xbox 360 controller with an actual Wiimote. I have seen videos online, but those videos only cover the Xbox One controllers. Is the Xbox One Controllers different to the Xbox 360 version?

I would also like to know how to put motion in with those controls because there is motion controls in Club Penguin Game Day.

An Xbox One and 360 controller should be very similar.

There is a separate controller section in dolphin for motion controls.

So how would I do motion controls for Club Penguin Game Day with an Xbox 360 controller? Isn't the way to move around to point at the screen with a Wii Remote?

And that game uses both sideways and upright Wiimote options, correct? IS there a way to do both of those options with an Xbox controller, or do I need to try and find another Wiimote substitute?

When you're setting up the controller bindings, under 'Motion Simulation' you can bind controls to specific motion inputs such as moving the Wiimote.

What about the game using both upright and sideways Wiimote options? I think Dolphin has an option for both, would checking both of options... IDK how those options work.

If the game uses both, you'll have to switch between them, I think.
