Xbox 360 Controllers work for GC, but not wii games

I am currently using revision 7278 on a macbook pro and four xbox controllers. Everything was working fine until a week ago when it stopped letting me use xbox controllers on wii games, they only work for gamecube games. It recognizes them and everything is setup in the wiimote settings, but when then when I launch the game they don't work. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

All wii games (Tetris Party Deluxe, New Super Mario Bros, Super Paper Mario, Smash Bros). It seems to sporadically work sometimes, I have tried different numbers of controllers and it didn't seem to matter. I also tried with/without a usb hub and it also didn't seem to matter. Half the time when it does work there is a huge lag. It is just weird that it works perfectly with gamecube games but not with wii games now.

This didn't occur in older Dolphin revisions?
Figure out the exact revision which caused the issue.

It happened while I had the same revision. One day it was working and the next it wasn't. Even today it started working again then stopped.
