Xbox 360 controller wont work in game

I have an Xbox 360 controller that used to work yesterday for my wii emulated games. It's set up properly and everything. The config recognizes it, but I was messing with it today to use the mouse and keyboard config and now neither are being recognized in game. Please help!

Well I just reinstalled Dolphin, and now it keeps disconnecting the controller in game. This happens with all of my emulated wii games. Exp: Sims 2 Castaway, Run Factory Tides of Destiny

I have the same problem. I can map the gamepad in the controller menu but when i start any games the xbox 360 controller doesn't work!

By "any games", do you mean both GameCube and Wii games, or have you only tested Wii games?

Only wii games.

Did you configure it as a Wii Remote rather than a GameCube controller? (Or do you know that all of the games support GameCube controllers?)

Works. I configured only the gamecube pad.
