Xbox 360 controller with wind waker c-stick problem

Hello!
I have searched far and wide with no answer to my problem, I have an official Microsoft xbox controller hooked up with my pc. It is detected and everything works out of the box. the only concern is that in game, when I push the 2nd stick (c-stick) to the left the camera turns right and vice versa. I can map the stick to be opposite but that is a problem when the wand is used in the game. Can I somehow make the game get that left is left and right is right?

Bump, turns out this is a problem in each GC rom i've tried! Any ideas?

I am also having this issue with every game I play everything works perfectly except for the C-stick which is either slow responding or doesn't work at all with the emulator.

No. Wind Waker is programmed that way and doesn't have an option to invert the camera controls.

What controller are you using?
Do you have this problem in every game?
What exactly do you mean with it's 'slow responding'?

No. Wind Waker is programmed that way and doesn't have an option to invert the camera controls.

That can't be right, the y-axis are usually inverted but never the x-axis.

I am using a Gamecube controller with a GC Controller Adapter for PC USB. And everthing seems to work except for the C-stick, it sometimes won't respond and the only command that works is when I push the C-stick up. Left, right and down isn't working even though I have configured my controller correctly.

And yes this occurs in every game I have tried so far.
