Dolphin 2.0 is the oldest...
The newest version is r5861, you can get it from mamario site:

When you do get the newest revision installed and setup, grab this file and place the folder inside this location:

..\Dolphin\User\Config\Profiles\

So it looks like this:

..\Dolphin\User\Config\Profiles\GCPad\Xbox 360 Controller.ini

And here's the download link:

http://www.mediafire.com/?d1fbl4feqz3

Once you have this file and folder copied load up Dolphin and go to the GCPad plugin configuration window. Up top open the drop-down list and click Xbox 360 Controller, then to the right click Load. This .ini file is a completely setup Xbox 360 controller, mapped like a Gamecube controller. (Basically if you've been using older builds it maps the same as the XB360/Keyboard plugin did)

Anyways do this everytime you update your SVN and it saves you the trouble of having to map all the buttons each time. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.
