Let me put it this way: When you click the button (initially blank) needed to make the plugin wait for the controller output to map the buttons, I press the desired button on my 360 joypad, and it does maps, until there, all OK. But if I go to click another option to map another button, I then press the joypad button and nothing happens, I have to click it again for it to work. Normally, when receiving the controller output, the plugin automatically "closes" the waiting and then, it lets you free to click on another option and map another button.

Don't know if if I made myself clear, English is not my native language.

I don't fully understand. You could upload a video demonstrating the problem maybe.
My only guess is that you are taking too long to hit a button. The wait time is 1.5 seconds.

Yeah, you hit it.

That is the problem, hehe. I think I'm just too slow.

Sorry for disturbing, didn't knew the wait time, since there's no visual hint.

Remark: I have all the latest drivers and the xbox 360 MS detection app thingy running. Dolphin SVN R 5704 - 64bit. Windows7 64bit.

I had issues setting up my Xbox 360 Controller aswell (usb version)

My issue was I could not get my left stick to work - when I tried to assign axis it would not detect it. I ended up opening Wiimote.ini and entering values for the left stick manually.

These are the values that worked for me:
Axis_Lx = 0
Axis_Ly = 1
Axis_Rx = 4
Axis_Ry = 3
Trigger_L = 1000
Trigger_R = 1001

Question: Is there a way to map my Left Trigger to the Zbutton on the Nunchuck? (i know; it's not a button but an axis)

Hopefully I can manage to sync the movement of the wiimote to my mouse at some point aswell Smile

The new wiimote plugin in the svn can map axes to buttons. (360 Trigger to Nunchuk Z)
It should also be much much easier to configure, you won't need to manually edit the inifile. :p

If you are configuring the GCpad, it is easy since the buttons are kind of identical, but i can't figure out how to play monster hunter tri as it does not support the gamecube controller.... configuring the wiimote will be challenging and i cannot configure the classic controller option.
