this would be for 3.5-367

Thanks

Have a better look to this link. There's been more than 1200 builds since the one you're using (currently 3.5-1607)

You still haven't gotten latest I see. Get the latest from https://dolphin-emu.org/download/. Click it this time.

As for a "360 pad configuration", you are mapping something utterly unlike a 360 controller onto it. As such it various depending on the game and your personal preferences. What is the game and what are you trying to make it do?

Hey guys so I'm having issues as well with controller setup. The post below outlines these issues but if you can't find the time to read it can you at least suggest to me a game for the wii that you have that runs on your dolphin emulator that you know your keyboard works on or your xbox 360 controller/ps3 controller without having to use the wiimote. Thanks.
I am having issues with controller setup as well (And I also want to connect a wireless xbox 360 controller to the dolphin). First off, I wanted to ask about that link that you guys all suggested to get the latest builds. What is the difference between https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ (The link you guys suggested) and http://www. shall not be named/download.html (This is the first website that comes up in google when you type in dolphin emulator). In the second link, the latest version is 3.5-367, while in the link you guys posted 3.5 is the most stable, but that there are all these development versions below such as the 3.5-1670 but it states that you'll sacrifice stability for the improvements this build offers. In any case, I downloaded both versions, the most stable 3.5-367 and after not getting things to work there I tried 3.5-1670 and same problems.

The game I am testing out is Donkey Kong Country Returns. Never played it before but it says that there are two controller setups, one where you can hold the wiimote sideways like a traditional gamepad (And so I figured the xbox controller would work for this). The problem I'm having is when I open the emulator (Under the Gamecube tab in configure I have port 1 set as standard controller), I go to GCPad settings and all my keyboard buttons register there, and I even configured the xbox controller according to a youtube video and the buttons registered there as well, but then when I open the game and it gets to the title screen (Which is running) it tells me to press A and B together and nothing works, neither on my keyboard nor my xbox controller. However, I just went into the Wiimote settings (Next to the GCPad on the Dolphin home screen), set wiimote 1 as emulated wiimote, and I configured A and B for the wiimote to be X and Z on my keyboard. When I started the game I was actually able to get by the title screen by now pressing X and Z on my keyboard, but as the game began to set up, a graphic came up to pick up the wiimote and nunchuck. So now I'm wondering and trying to figure out whether Donkey Kong Country Returns can be played without the wiimote and nunchuck in the first place, or do I need these to begin with? I don't understand why my keyboard wasn't working in the first place to get past the title screen, and only started working once I made buttons A and B in the wiimote actual keyboard keys. It's as if only the wiimote can be used to control this game (While keyboard and xbox controller cannot), but I find it odd that I can't use the regular keyboard setup in GCPad to just play with my keyboard for this game where you just walk horizontally. So now my question after this long convulted post is do we need to have the wiimote no matter what to play games (Which sounds illogical to me when people are configuring xbox and ps3 controllers for the dolphin) or is it just this game that I'm using that may require a wiimote. On the dolphin.com website it says this: You don't have a Wiimote?

You can buy a Wiimote at trusted shops, that only sells original and high quality prodcuts. Beware of other shops which sell fake products with bad quality.

It sounds as though they want you to have one. Can anyone here suggest any work around this, or if not, can you suggest a game I try that you know your keyboard works on or your xbox 360 controller does? I am coming to the conclusion that this particular game requires motion controls with the wiimote (Although again I have read: The game has two control schemes, with the standard system using the Wii Remote in conjunction with the Nunchuk, while a more classical approach requires that the Wii Remote be held sideways)
