XBOX 360 Controller Gamepad for Dolphin

Games I've been trying to have my gamepad work for that do load up correctly:

-Metroid Trilogy
-New Super Mario Bros

Dolphin Revisions:

-5619
-5475
-Dolphin 2.0 (main site)

Problems: When I start the game, no input is received from my gamepad to the game. I can setup my XBOX 360 USB controller in the settings and test out the joysticks with no problems. I tried this with both the old Gamepad plugin and the one labeled New. No luck and when I start the game it doesn't respond. I even tried disabling the Wii mote settings. The keyboard controls do work.





Older revisions I've tried:

Problems: When I enable the 360 controller using the KB/360 plugin... the game receives the input however it's incorrect. Up is left and down is right and the buttons are funky too. The joysticks also don't respond. When I setup my controller in this older revision using the njoy plugin... the game does not recognize any changes and the same funky controls exist.
