Exclamation
Hello people im currently using the xbox 360 for my 2nd player but i have encountered an issue, im not sure.

When im playing and i press at the same time X and Y or A and B dolphin freezes for a second and the xbox 360 vibrates(rumble) and i dont know how to solve this.

I dont have rumble on in the controller settings...i even removed all controllers but when i hit X+Y or A+B dolphin freezes for a second then return like nothing.

And this is something that only happens with dolphin.

Thanks and sorry for my bad/average english.

If you can, use the Dinput option for the controller not xinput.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue:
- Press xbox a+b at the same time for more than a second (doesn't happen if you hold it for a shorter amount of time)
- The game freezes
- The controller vibrates twice
- The game unfreezes

The interesting thing is that it also happens when dolphin is not focused and doesn't take your other inputs. It even happens when the controller is not selected as an input device. It doesn't happen with a wireless xbox 360 controller. Only seems to happen with a wired xbox controller.
Checked if the same issue appears on a build from a year ago and it does as well. So this doesn't seem to be a new issue.
Will check if it happens in linux as well.

I can't find the thread, but there was someone that had the same problem that fixed it by disabling nvidia-something, I can't remember what. Considering you both have nvidia it might be worth looking into.

Ah!
It seems to be related to the nvidia share feature of the nvidia geforce experience programm.
To disable it you just have to open the nvidia geforce experience window and in the top right there is a share button. Click on the drop down menu right next to it and click disable.
Afterwards I had no more issues.
Thanks for the tip!
