Xbox 360 controller auto Turn OFF/On

Does anyone know if this can be done! It will be a nice feature for the Next rev

Currently 360 controller users have to remove the battery to turn off the controller. No even microsoft has resolve this

probably, but still it will never turn off, even if you turn the computer off
