The config file I've linked to should be perfect for any GC Pad compatible game if you use an XBox 360 controller. Just change the extension to .ini, put it in dolphin/user/config/profiles/GC Pad. Then, in dolphin, select it from the drop down list in the GC Pad config screen, and click load.
