Sorry to sound so rude, but that is the harsh reality. The standard for today's world is 64-bit. Dolphin simply is 64-bit to keep up with today's standard. The 32-bit builds were dropped because it held back Dolphin true potential. Bringing back 32-bit support would cast Dolphin into the Stone Age again. It isn't Dolphin solely either. Modern games from the 2016 era are all 64-bit. Even Smarthphones and Tablets are 64-bit these days.
If it is just the lack of hardware that prevents you from upgrading to 64-bit, you should consider buying a new system. Your current system isn't that great for Dolphin. If it is simply because you dislike x64... Well... Welcome to 2016.
