No version of Dolphin that has native support for GC adapters is available for 32-bit x86.
What you can do instead is look for a guide on how to use the GameCube adapter with PC games. If you do that, Dolphin's configuration window should pick up on the GameCube adapter, and then you can map the buttons the same way as with a regular gamepad or keyboard. You lose some of the advantages of Dolphin's native support by doing this, but it should still work decently.
