WUP-028 Not Appearing

Hi all,

I recently downloaded dolphin and zadig but when I try to use zadig WUP-028 won't appear for me. I attached a picture of what I see below with List All Devices selected. Any idea of what I need to do?

If your adapter is set to PC mode, change it to Wii U mode.
