So I get this whenever I try to start a game (any game)

The numbers on the far right do vary a little each time.

This happens on both the development and stable branches. (I did pull from git and compile it myself, as there are no official snapshot builds for Arch)

I've tried googling this and it didn't help. It happens regardless of which GPU I use.

I could be doing something stupid, but I didn't change the settings much before trying to start a game. Any help would be appreciated.

i don't know what your issue is, but if your concern is playing games, Dolphin runs stable in WINE, might be worth a try

My issue is that I can't play games on the Linux version. If I wanted to use the Windows version I'd boot into Windows.

Are you trying to build Dolphin with PIC forced or something like that?

I used the PKGBUILD in the AUR for the development branch. ( https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=dolphin-emu-git ) Doesn't look like it enables PIC, and nothing jumps out at me as something that would break Dolphin.
For the stable branch, I built it myself but pretty much the same way PKGBUILD built the development branch
