Would this work for Dolphin?

On this computer, i've been having problems with dolphin. I am looking to buy a new one. If this one doesnt work, then can you suggest another one? (Under $500)

You'll probably need to spend more than that.

The cpu on that is OK but not great for dolphin. The GPU is god aweful, you need a video card.
